Terms & Conditions for Business Listings

Please read carefully before submitting your business for listing on PetFriendlyPhuket.com. By choosing one of our plans, you agree to the following terms:

1. Content Submission & Approval

• All listings must provide accurate business information, including description, contact details, and photos we will provide a form to fill.

• For PRO Spotlight plans, the SEO blog article must be provided by the business. If it does not meet the 1200-word requirement or SEO quality, we reserve the right to edit or expand the article. Final approval of the article and visuals is required by our editorial team before publication.

• All submitted images must be high-resolution and either owned by the business or royalty-free. We are not responsible for copyright issues related to submitted content.

2. Promo & Event Popups

• Promo and Event popups are limited to a maximum visibility of 1 month per item and are subject to rotation with other listings in the same tier.

• Each business can submit one promo or event per allowed slot (based on the selected plan).

• A maximum of 3 concurrent promo/event popups per month is allowed site-wide. Visibility is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and rotated equally among participants.

3. Updates to Listings

• Each plan includes a set number of content update requests per year:

  • Basic Boost: 1 update/year

  • Premium Presence: 2 updates/year

  • PRO Spotlight: 4 updates/year

• Updates can include changes to descriptions, images, contact info, or promo submissions. Additional updates beyond your plan’s limit may incur an administrative fee.

4. Featured Placement

• Featured listings (Premium and Pro tiers) are shown at the top of category pages. Placement is rotated monthly to ensure fair visibility.

• Priority for listing display and features is based on the payment confirmation date.

5. Media Limits

• Content limits by plan:

  • Basic Boost: Up to 4 images

  • Premium Presence: Up to 7 images + 1 video embed

  • PRO Spotlight: Up to 10 images + full video gallery (multiple embeds)

6. Payment & Duration

• Listings are valid for 12 months from the date they are published.

• All payments are one-time and non-refundable once the listing is live.

• Renewal notices will be sent 30 days before your listing expires.

7. Rights & Removal

• Pet Friendly Phuket reserves the right to reject or remove listings that are incomplete, misleading, unlawful, or unrelated to pets.

• Listings must represent businesses that genuinely accept pets. Misleading claims may result in immediate removal without refund.

8. Content Responsibility

Businesses are solely responsible for ensuring that all submitted content (text, images, videos) is truthful, legal, and up-to-date. Pet Friendly Phuket and Crazy Web Studio Co., Ltd. are not liable for incorrect or misleading information provided by the business.

9. Promotion Rules

Promotions and events must be pet-related and appropriate for the platform’s audience. We reserve the right to reject any promotional material that is irrelevant, misleading, offensive, or unrelated to pets.

10. SEO Blog Article Policy (PRO Spotlight)

Blog articles included in the PRO Spotlight plan must follow our editorial guidelines. We reserve the right to decline articles that are low-quality, off-topic, or not SEO optimized. One revision is included. Additional revisions may incur a fee.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

Listings are non-refundable. In special cases (e.g., business closure), partial refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Crazy Web Studio Co., Ltd.

12. Platform Availability

Pet Friendly Phuket may occasionally be offline during updates or maintenance. While we aim for 24/7 uptime, uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

13. Use of Listing Data

We may use public listing information (business name, image, category) for Pet Friendly Phuket promotions. Private data will not be shared.

14. Terms Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time. Major updates will be notified to businesses by email or site notice.

Legal Notice & Ownership

PetFriendlyPhuket.com is a project developed, managed, and owned by Crazy Web Studio Co., Ltd., a BOI-registered company dedicated to digital innovation in Phuket.

All services provided under this directory including listings, promotions, and website visibility are invoiced by Crazy Web Studio Co., Ltd.
